Topographic maps have lines that denote elevations and structures on surfaces. Every fifth line is bolder then the previous four lines. These lined are called contour lines. An index contour is every fifth contour line, and on which is written height value.
Sometines only index contour are drawn every fifth line instead of contour lines.
