for what, you mean to make it rodent proof, if for grain for livestock.. Best to make it out of sheet metal, or use metal barrels with covers. If you make a bin make it of the scale for your needs, as you do not want to store feeds for too long of a time or it will spoil before you can use it up. The rodent damage will be the least of your worry, if you have mold in grain and the animals eat it, especially horses!
