In order to uninstall or delete a toolbar go to the menu on your tool bar that's located at the bottom of your screen.
There choose the control panel: “Uninstall/add programs” or “programs and features” depending on your operating system. A list of programs will appear.
You will see the tool bar you wish to uninstall, click on it with the right mouse button and choose uninstall.
