    is it safe to replace a 60 watt bulb with a 75 watt bulb in a chandelier?

    Yes, unless it is a completely enclosed chandelier.


    I have three that specifies four 60W bulbs each, but I use one 100W bulb on each end that produce the equivalent number of lumen's but consume fewer total KWH.s per month.
