    start in 1704.


    In 1902 synthetic jewels were used, usually Sapphire and rubies.


    This watch can be rebuilt, any part of it can be repaired. It can last forever, generations.


    Watches made before 1902 are highly prized, they contain the real  jewel, there is no difference in price of a sapphire or  a ruby watch.
