I have sore ligaments,tendons, joints or what some people might call (tennis elbow) i been taking omega fish oil ,glucosamine,chondroitin, and methysulfonymethane (msm) and adding warm water to my elbows for three weeks now. I still have pain and cannot work out . Any other remedies or suggestions i should do?

i have golfers in both elbows you can put a towel around a bag of frozen peas and apply them to the joints to stimulate blood supply don't leave the cold on to long then apply Ibuprfen gel to the areas affected take some ibuprofen pills and rest them . They make straps which you can buy which go on the forearms and trap the tendons to rest where they attach to the bones hope this helps
