    How can I make sure that the car I'm gonna buy is in good condition? as dealer said?

    Spend the money required and get a reliable mechanic to check it out for you.  Tell him that you may purchase this vehicle and inform him of the asking price.  Most mechanics are happy to advise you.  BTW, if the seller does not want you to take it to a mechanic, walk away!

    When buying a car of which condition you're not sure of, you can ask the seller to take the car for a test at a professional mechanic.
