    How can I get earphones/headphones to fit me?

    I just bought an mp3 player and ican't find any headphones or earphones that will fit me.I'm an adult woman but I'm very small and I constantly have to make adjustments to make things fit.(very frustrating).Any ideas or suggestions on what I could do?
