    I own a campingaz two burner portable kitchen stove which runs off a butane gas cylinder. Can I change the regulator and use a propane gas cylinder instead?

    Can you interchange gases if the correct regulator is used?

      The Regulator will work for both but you might want to the gas jet..   Butane is a large, molecule  than the slightly smaller propane.
