it sounds awk and i think it needs a rewrite: i'll try. Megan and her sisters enjoy ice-cream on Sundays. On other days of the week they refuse ice-cream except for Bethany who takes a cup of Vanilla and rubs it on her face to promote a glowing complexion. Moneygirl gave you the clue: no verb.

Change "enjoying" to "enjoy" and you have a sentence, which you did punctuate correctly.
