first of all, remember this is Jamaica man, not the US. Laws here get enforced and they have a record of lawless government! Good luck, maybe hire some of the local thugs from there to run them off, and then you pick somebody that is local to live on some of your property and prevent any repeat of this? Good luck, you may be wise to just sell it, if you cannot go there.
