    went to dentist had low blood pressure so then they couldnt pulled my bad teeth

      a reading much less than 120/80 would be subnormal.  I guess very much lower would be Low.  It would be a sign of your metabolism being at risk, so low that the heart is not beating correctly.  Too low would jeopardize your vital body organs, brain, etc.
