Get some chickens. They love grubs. If you can not get chickens, do this:
Instructions
1
Spread grub poison on your lawn that is specifically formulated to kill grubs. This solution comes in a granule form that you spread over your lawn. You should apply this solution in the midsummer months, which is when grubs are active in the larva form.
2
If you don't like the idea of spreading poison on your lawn or if you have grubs in your garden, you can use an organic solution made of beer. Pour beer into several small shallow containers and place them around your lawn. The grubs will crawl into the containers and drown. This method takes a little longer, but it is effective.
3
Stop watering your grass as much. Grubs need water, so the less they have, the less likely they are to stay in your lawn.
4
Let your grass grow. Beetles, which lay eggs that become grubs, don't like tall grass. Letting your grass grow taller prevents beetles which thereby prevents grubs.
5
Apply Milky Spore to your lawn. Milky Spore is a bacteria that will kill grubs but nothing else.
