It depends on what type of e-mail you have, (as in msn,yahoo, gmail,blackberry etc) on msn and yahoo you can select the messages you would like to delete and then at the top the is usually a button that says delete.Then,sometimes the message(es)go into a file called delete,you delete it from there and you no longer have junk in your inbox!
