    Sesame Seeds have Cacium

    as everyone has said iron/calcium/ect they also fab when you dry roast them in a pan and sprinkle on salads

    Rich in iron, magnesium, manganese, copper and calcium.

    They pack a lot of punch for such small fellows...see the other answers....

    Black sesame seeds have more nutrient. Has lots of vitamin E and Calcium, good for the skin and bone.


    It can lower cholesterol, promote better memory, helps constipation and also helps to prevent hair loss.
