    Please consult your Doctor on this your Doctor should give you tests which is to see your lung compasaty is then he will decide on the best treatment but please see your Doctor on this as we are not medically trained thank you

    you will need to consult your doctor and have a spirometry test done to determine the level of  lung capacity, then the correct medication can be prescribed, sometimes a steroid based drug, sometimes a "puffer" (ventolin, spiriva, etc) and often a combination of both. If you smoke I empathise with you, but do try and stop
