            In what year  Tootsie rolll you speaking of  The 1956 tootsie pop  took me 227  licks slurps , to get too the tootsie roll center almost had it made  but I bit  into it  while  I still had a candy  shell on it so I don't guess  it counts.  by the way   Tootsie pops were much larger then.
