    does a property line extend upwards towards the sky, if so, how far?

    Owners tree limbs are hanging over my property line, onto my parking lot. Owner refuses to have them cut because I am not in danger. What can I do?

      You have every right to cut the tree limbs off that extend onto your property line. (parking lot)


      As far as AIR RIGHTS go, they only apply in cities.
