      In some cases of diabetes, damage to blood vessels takes place, which leads to bad blood circulation, which, in turn, may cause accumulation of fluids in legs, and consequently to legs swelling.
      In such cases, it is advised to go see a doctor.

          Have a blood work up done. Liver will also cause swollen limbs.
