How can I get movies on my TV??? I am paying for the service.
For the last two weeks I have been unable to get instant movies. After I get to the screen with "Netflix" I press the enter buttton and it says "Service is unavailable..." It used to work fine. I have a Samsung TV and Verizon FIOS service. Verizon says all is OK with my line and the trouble is with Netflix and suggests that I call them. I don't know how to call you. Please tell me what to do
