Dial the three-key code on the landline telephone from which you want to check the voice mail messages. Check with your service provider to see what code to dial on your landline phone if it's not among the following: Regional Bell operating companies--"*98" Time Warner Cable--"*98" Comcast--"*99" Vonage--"*123" Cox Communications and Charter Communications require that you dial your own phone number from the landline to access voice mail.
2Enter your PIN (Personal Identification Number), if you have the feature enabled on the phone. For some voice mail services, you won't have to enter a PIN if checking the voice mail from the landline itself.
