    what causes low testosterone

    Being a bit overweight also decreases T.   It can be corrected, but some Dr.s will not, as it usually has side effects concerning mood, hair growth, etc.  One way to correct is to exercise more, and have sex more often, as both produce T, exercise of course isn't as much fun!

    Common causes of low testosterone levels in men:
    - Aging: as men age they produce less testosterone.
    - Injury in the scrotum.
    - Diseases that affect the pituitary gland or the hypothalamus.
    - Testicular cancer.
