            Are you living in the dark ages? The time where religions and an eye for an eye ruled the world? Mankind has been there and done that. It did not work to stop crime. Sadistic punishments only please the punisher who is more than willing to mete out the punishment because he likes to inflict barbaric pain.This type of corporal punishment is not a positive for a society.
