      There is help out there  for treatment of your dog if you cant afford it. Call you local humane Societyor SPCA and tell them your dogs problem and that you cant afford to take him to a Vet. They know Organizations that will give financial help to get your dog treated.  Best of luck.

          If your dog is a bitch, perhaps if you wait a few weeks the "Lump" will be born?
