    there is no single wonder food, most people need a good balance of foods containg fibre,carbs,,protrin and dairy,I thing the thing id to eat a well balanced diet unless to have specific dietry problems/needs i.e diabetes

    you must eat Carbs Fiber protien and some dairy products and of course fruit try and have your 5 a day which means veg and fruit the colours are red green yellow orange A glass of orange juice is one of the five day ect and do drinklots of water if you do eat meat aet lean meat like chicken  and you should eat oily fish minimum twice a week

    eat some raw veg, tender  lean meats in moderation, lantils, fruits, broccoli eg is goood raw veg.
