It hurts like hell...

PLEURISY inflammation of the pleurae marked by pain by fever as Tommt said I have it too and it hurts when you breath and you cough it its the lungs and sometimes if you get it bad you will have ti be Hosiptalized as fluid builds up in the lungs but normaly the doctor will just give you anitibiotics
