In order to save a recipe's text highlight the text you wish to copy: place your mouse cursor where it begins, and then left-click there with your mouse and hold the left button, move the mouse along the text, stop and release the left key once the cursor is at the end of the recipe. Once the text you wish to copy is highlighted, click 'Ctrl + c' in order to copy it. Now the text is copied and you can paste it in a Word document, and click 'Ctrl + s' in order to save it. Choose the name and the location you wish to for the recipe in the dialog box that appears.
