You'd be surprised what cigarettes and alchohol can do.On the left at 25yrs old, on the right at 34yrs old.

I would think so. Any assault on the body does damage. I smoke and drink, I believe I'm not doing my body any good at all........

When someone has damage in the peripheral nervous system (nervous system that doesn’t include the spine and the brain) called peripheral neuropathy, smoking increase the damage, because it causes blood vessels that supply blood to nerves to constrict, which reduces blood supply, and damages them.
Excessive alcohol intake may also lead to damage in nerves called alcoholic neuropathy.

Totally, it effects almost all parts of your body including the blood vessels to the heart, I've had several operations directly due to smoking including stripping of veins in my legs, not a good habit and I hope to give up......soon
