I will assume you mean 'Hispanics'? I don't know what a latone is-- I may need to google this--
(edit) No such word as Latone in the english dictionary. -- I don't know how many Latino indepandants there are but I would say there's enough following the left to get Obama re-elected. IMO, this is a bad thing for Americans born in USA.
