      If it is a mobile phone just put the sim card from your old phone into your new phone,and all of the old numbers will come up.

        Adding to above answer:
        Make sure you have all your numbers saved to the sims card before you transfer the card over to the new card. Numbers are automatically saved to the phone's internal memory, you have to manually save them to the sims card on some phones.
