This is very easy to answer. You go to your teacher and ask for help with your homework.I have already flunked and do not wish to mess up your grades too.

I did it in my head and came up with 24, am I even close?

Here is the solution for you:

    Problem: 3[ 20  - 4 (2 + 1)]

     = 3 [ 20 - 4 × 3]

    = 3 [ 20 -12 ]

    = 3 × 8

    = 24

Hope this has helped you to some extent. Now share the solution with your friends.

Note: To solve such kind of problem, you should know the "BODMAS" rule.
