Repeat daily or more often. Nothing I have found will permanently get rid of it. Like a bad penny, it keeps coming back. Bing? One can easily remove Bing and keep it out. In all programs add/uninstall, it's under the name conduit or conduit engine. As an add on or extension to the browser, go to Tools, add ons or extensions, manage add ons (extensions takes you to the list page automatically) find Bing or Conduit engine and disable.
