      Who's report? We are not associated with Dell or your internet provider. It takes time to run programs on a computer. Be patient or get in touch with whoever you called to check your computer and ask them about the progress.

        Static electisity . have you rubbed your socks on a carpet ? Rub a dry sock on your computer , static electisity . It will jump start your computer , or give you something to do while waiting .
