The shop in Ash vale Surrey will not accept the item I wish to return as they say the return barcode is incorrect!
The item was packaged as instructed. The returns label was completed and inserted in the package.The package was sealed. The returns address label with bar code had been detached and fixed over the delivery barcode. This label shows the returns address to be "Isme" Ravens Mill return centre. Ravens avenue Oldham OL9 8PW. Very annoying having had to now arrange a pick up from home for this Saturday, where I have to stay in all day because the pick up time can be anything from 0700 to 1700 hours. Are there any other shops near my post code that will accept returns?
