iPhone/Pad/Pod: Touch AND hold on the app for a while. Eventually it will start to shake and there will be a "X" on the top left corner of the app.
Computer: If you mean by toolbar, right-click the little X at the VERY left of the bar. THere will be a list of add-ons. Ones yo uhave will be checked, and ones you dont iwll not be checked. To uncheck/check just click the add-on. If there is soem other type of add-on please describe.
