    My hotmail account has disapeared

    I cannot log onto hotmail any more. You need a better tech support service where technicians can solve stuff over the phone and not send people on a wild goose chase all over the internet. Please contact me at 0415255956 asap or I will have to change over to Google gmail. I don't have time to wait 48 hours for a solution. Geri Austring
