    how do I transfer the contents of my old kindle to my new kindle...you sent me a replacement unit

    Register the new Kindle (extra devices as well) to the your "master" Kindle/Amazon.com user account, then turn on the new device and wait for the wireless service to connect then you will see a list of your current books that your account currently has access to, and then you simply download what you want, when you want it.
