      Every real estate charges different rates, when you write the contract you make sure marketting , advertising ect are all included some real estates can charge 4 percent other are a lot higher, sometimes you pay for a good service , depends how fast you want to sell your house as well . I would be asking people whom have recently sold houses in your area whom gave the best service ..
