There's enough sugar in Nutella to preserve a corpse for 50 years. Besides, how can you go a week without scraping what little is left from the bottom of the jar ?

That's what everyone said at the 4 sites I visited for the answer.
I use a flex knife and get every last streak into my gobb. No chance of it hardening in my household.
ROFL...or you could use your finger, if it's long enough or microwave it and pour it down your throat.
That'll work. Or you could multi-dip a forked marshmallow back and forth between the jar and the mouth until it comes out nutella-free clean.
