    Eat low cal foods (like celery and pickles) and drink lots and lots of water. Don't ever starve yourself. Sugar free Jello is good, too......

    I think about how I feel about the foods I eat especially, afterward. Some foods are filling but not especially delectable…like potatoes, plane bread, simply cooked hamburger and the ilk. I drink a glass of water before a meal so that eating less is satisfying. By not requiring mountains of food from all-you-can-eat restaurants and eating much less….my weight is easy to control, and the appeal of vast quantities of food has been replaced by an epicurean pallet of dainty proportions with few calories. That glass of water before every meal has worked for me like magic and it is a real life saver also.
