"Convert text to table" feature on MS Word 2010. Why is it shown but grayed out on Trial Edition?

Question described above under heading, above titled: "Question". I have the MS Word 2010 Trial Edition;; the trial period ended 2 days ago on 9/19/2011. I'm considering the purchase of MS Word 2010 or MS Office 2010. I need the "Convert text to table" feature shown on the Trial Edition which I have installed, but it's grayed out. Can I get on an MS Word 2010 purchased outright? I own MS Office 2007, is it available on that version of Word?

Probably because you used up the trial period so now you have to buy the full version to get the feature back. You can purchase 2010 here > http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word/
