      I do too, thus I take pain and anti-inflammatory meds. and seek services of a chiropractor.  These work for me, you may want to seek the MD first, for the evaluation, and the script, and discuss what options you have for treatment.  It could be dangerous getting medical advise from an on-line question forum, so see your doctor..
