what rights are there and help for a grandparent on disability that needs to take custody of a minor child.?
My sister had custody. She died last week Now I am Maternal grandparent on SSI disability. And I need to take over custody. What are my rights. And can I get help financially to raise her. as I am on limited income. She is 13. And how do I go about it.
