i received a email to change my facebook password i've cleared my cookies and deleted browsing history and i still can't get on fb what do i do?

Who did you receive the message from? Are you sure it was Facebook and not a hacker? Did you click "forgot password?" before you got the message? If you never clicked the "forgot password?" option, then you've been hacked in my opinion.
