So you are confused in finding the percentage, see its very easy one.
You may think that the percentage only could be expressed in 100, but it can exceed the value as well.
Let us see the solution for this one.
1. Let us assume the required percentage be x.
2. Then, by question,
x % of 12 = 15
i.e. x /100 × 12 = 15
i.e. x = 125
So, the required percentage is 125%.
