I mailed back on 9/3 the movie LAST DANCE. On 9/13 received a note stating that you did not return the movie yet, I wrote back right away stating that I mailed it as stated above. I did not receive any other movies until I complained last week Friday or Saturday. The movie then was declared as lost. I ask and hope that my monthly fee will be reduced due to the fact that I di not receive any movies, apparently that is wny the above movie did not arrive. Please look into this matter and let me know your decision. Thank you Peter

I am very sorry to hear about your movie problems, but unfortunately we are not able to fix this from here, we just answer questions, we are unable to fix problems with buying and selling here as we don't buy or sell things..
