    having pain upper jaw in front of ear

    when i opened my mouth i got terrible pain in this area hard to differentiate exactly where pain is, ear or jaw

      It sounds like TMJ. Sometimes calcium deposits build in the mouth joint, or an infection in the area. Get to an ENT specialist.
