I do not use AOL because I never liked it, but when you signin to your mail do you see something that says options? Click on options you should have somewhere in there where you can block or add people to blocked list or spam to get rid of them. But I know in yahoo I can click on options and it actually has a place to block people's email addresses and do not know if it just bounces back to them as undeliverable or what but I never recieve any email from them again. Hope that helps.
