    how can i find out if its any lawsuit against me?

    In the U.S., you have to be served with the requisite papers so that you have an idea as to what the lawsuit is all about. In many, if not all of the Small Claims Courts, that is handled by the courts themselves, and is included in the fee that one pays to file. In other cases, the service has to be sworn to and notarized, with a description of the documents served. If you get papers like these, rest assured that you are being sued; if you don't get such documents, you can check on the appropriate court jurisdiction that you think you might be sued in.  Something could have gone awry with the service.
