    Mushrooms, kelp, seaweed, broccoli, cabbage...


     

    Potatoes if grown in the right soil  and if you eat the skin, too.

    Black Strap Molasses, Cream of wheat, Apricots , Pears, Peaches, lima beans, prunes, , lentils, beets,  rice or wheat bran, avocados, sesame seeds, raisins.

    Prunes, red grapes,raisins,beets to name a few.

    Mysore dhal has iron, it's orange coloured, very small lentil. You should be able to buy it in the supermarket or an Indian spice shop.

    Strawberries have iron in them.

    Cereal, beans, peas, oatmeal, tofu.

    The reason so many think that spinach is full of iron is because of a misprint on the label.. The decimal point got moved over one space and people assumed it was true, that spinach was loaded with iron....They still think that way today, Oh, it has iron but parsley has more....

    I would like to say another i was looking at the spagetti pasta and it has 4% iron that is a lot of iron but if you are over 50 they say you should not have too much iron

    grab a handful of raw pumpkin seeds provides  30% of the recommended daily value for  iron .

    Vitamin C helps us to wake from our slumber that is why orange juice is taken at breakfast and best as a squeeked orange - helps with constipation too. 

    I THINK BANANAS OR IRON SUPPLEMENTS CAN BE PUT IN ANY HEALTHY MEAL.
